No confusion or constant questioning if I’m supposed to be where I’m currently standing. They maybe owned and operated by the same Liberty Waste Solutions in Raleigh but, they have totally different vibes: the lines are usually shorter, the prices are sometimes higher, they’re lenient when it comes to wire pricing, but they will close early by a few minutes if nobody is in line, so go early!

Liberty Waste Solutions has served Way of Life Baptist Church in Clayton with a front end dumpster. Our church went with them due to their upfront and honest pricing but also their honesty through their customer rep Brian. Thank you for all your help setting up our trash and recycling bins for Thrift 2 Gift. The reason we chose Liberty Waste Solutions was for service reasons.  We had used another provider of waste services for many years, but their service became very inconsistent with days and times of pickup.  While Liberty’s price was competitive for sure it was not the dominating factor.  We have been with Liberty Waste Solutions for approximately 6 months and have been very pleased and satisfied with the quality of the service.  The containers are emptied on the days assigned and the containers are always placed in their proper positions. The purpose of this message is to affirm our satisfaction with Liberty Waste Solutions. We transitioned to Liberty after a very disappointing experience with another vendor that was based not only on cost but more importantly on this previous vendor’s lack of operational service. Brian and the Liberty team quickly stepped in to hammer out a contract that met our needs both from a cost and service standpoint. Liberty is locally owned and operated and as such we really appreciate their responsiveness. In addition, as the property manager I have had several positive firsthand interactions with the drivers, the Liberty employees on the front line, who make it happen. For example, even before we selected Liberty, I noticed one driver closing the gates on the dumpster coral of a tenant who was using Liberty. I thanked him for that extra effort. In another instance, a substitute Liberty driver responded to my request to stage three dumpsters a certain way in a tight area of the rear of one of our buildings. In short, front-line, and back-office service has been great with Liberty.

AMAZING PEOPLE! Especially Terri, she helped me and did everything in her power to help me get a couple containers to my job site. Fast response and accurate on their delivery. Great drivers as well. My job was last minute and couldn’t have done it without Liberty Waste Solutions and Terri. Highly recommend their services and would definitely use again for all my upcoming projects.

We have two commercial properties that were not being properly serviced by our existing trash removal company. We sought two new quotes from two other trash removal companies. After receiving a quote from one company which was not competitive, we contacted Brian Berardini of Liberty Waste Solutions. From ironing out the Agreement, to the logistics of having the old cans removed and new cans delivered, Brian Berardini was on top of everything. There has not been one missed pick up day and we no longer have to continuously monitor trash removal day and worry about if or when the trash will be picked up. Terry, also referred to as “Turbo”, from Liberty Waste Solutions is a gem of an employee! His friendly demeanor and genuine care for his customers truly set him apart. Whether it’s a cheerful wave or a quick “how ya doing,” Turbo goes above and beyond to make sure our waste and recycling removal services are top-notch. One of the things we appreciate most is how he goes the extra mile, like bringing our cans back to the garage if he sees us outside. It’s those small gestures that make a big difference.
