Why the rebrand?
Over the past few years, we’ve grown significantly. From expanding our services across North Carolina to investing in more sustainable solutions, our company has evolved—and our name needed to evolve with us. The name Liberty Waste Solutions reflects our commitment to providing customers with more freedom, better service, and tailored waste and recycling solutions.
But rest assured: we haven’t changed ownership, and we haven’t lost sight of what made us successful—our people, our local roots, and our focus on you.
Residential Customers: What to Expect
Will my pickup days or schedule change?
Nope. Your pickup schedule remains exactly the same.
Is my trash or recycling bin still valid?
Yes, continue using your current bins. You don’t need to do anything.
Will my bill or payment method change?
Your billing details stay the same. If you’re set up on autopay, no action is needed. The name “Liberty Waste Solutions” will simply show up on your next bill.
Do I need to create a new account or update anything?
No need to update your account or take any extra steps.
Why do some trucks and containers still say Wall Recycling?
We’re rolling out the new brand across our fleet and containers over time. You’ll see more Liberty Waste Solutions decals in the coming months.
How do I contact you now?
You can still reach us the same way you always have. While our company email addresses are being updated to reflect the new domain name (@libertywastesolutions.com), any messages sent to our old @wallrecycling.com addresses will continue to be received—so communication will be uninterrupted. Did ownership change?
No, we’re still the same team. The rebrand is simply a name and branding update to better match who we are today.
Commercial Customers: Your Services Are Uninterrupted
Is my current contract still valid?
Yes, there’s no change to your existing service agreement.
Will my invoices change?
The company name on your invoice will change to Liberty Waste Solutions, but terms and pricing stay the same.
Do I need to update your info in my vendor system?
Yes, we recommend updating our company name in your vendor records and accounting systems. Our W-9 is available upon request.
Will equipment or pickup logistics change?
Your dumpsters, containers, and pickup schedules will remain the same. You’ll just see our new name on them soon.
Will my account rep or contact change?
Not at all—your dedicated rep remains your point of contact.
Vendors & Partners: What You Need to Know
Should we update your name in our systems?
Yes, please update our name to Liberty Waste Solutions in your billing, PO, or AP systems. Our W-9 and EIN remain unchanged.
Do we need to reissue contracts?
No contract reissues are required unless specifically requested. All existing agreements remain valid under the new name.
Are your logos or brand guidelines changing?
Yes—if you use our logo in any shared materials or directories, we’d be happy to send you updated branding files.
When does the rebrand go into effect?
The rebrand is live as of July 1, 2025. We’re rolling it out across all touchpoints—trucks, containers, uniforms, business cards, and more.
